Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return Eligibility 

• Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

• Customized or personalized orders and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return.

• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. An $10.00 USD return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for all USA/ CDN orders. 
  We do not provide return labels for International orders.

Initiating a Return

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will address the issue promptly to ensure your satisfaction.

Exchanges

To ensure you receive the correct item, please return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 2-3 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
